The American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers Classroom Course is designed to provide a wide variety of healthcare professionals the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner. Covers Adult, Child and Inffant CPR techniques.
Intended Audience: This course is for healthcare professionals who need to know how to perform CPR, as well as other lifesaving skills, in a wide variety of in-hospital and out-of-hospital settings.

The HSI CPR/AED and Basic First Aid class is designed for individuals that require or desire a basic knowledge in CPR, AED and First Aid skills. Students learn how to recognize a life-threatening emergency, how to provide basic life support and what to do in case of an airway obstruction or choking. This extremely flexible program will help employers meet OSHA and other federal and state regulatory requirements for training employees how to respond and care for medical emergencies at work. Covers Adult, Child and Inffant CPR techniques.
Course Length: Approximately 6 hours
Intended Audience: Designed for individuals in the workplace and community that require or desire basic CPR , AED skills and first aid knowledge.
